General concepts

According to ISO 21500 standard, project management is described as the application of methods, techniques, skills and tools to a series of activities to meet the requirements of a project.
The emphasis is placed on the achievement of project objectives in terms of scope, deadlines, costs and quality, while managing the risks and meeting the expectations of the stakeholders.

Program management according to ISO standards, as described in ISO 21500 and ISO 21503 standards, is to orchestrate several in terdependent projects to achieve global strategic objectives.
This approach focuses on the alignment of individual projects with the long -term vision of the organization, while optimizing resources and managing interdependencies between projects.
The industrial world is full of program examples. One of the best known, the Apollo program has coordinated many teams and companies in the conquest of the Moon. The design and manufacture of a vehicle range is another known example of a program in the automotive world.

Our approach

There are many project management and programs methodologies.
So we decided not to add a nth approach to a list already complete and perfectly suited to the needs of our customers.
Our resources have developed a substantial experience in project management, some have more than 30 years of experience in this field by applying the most efficient methods and tools on the market, from V Model to agile approaches.
The methods we master perfectly are ISO 21500, the Body of Knowledge of Project Management Institute (PMIBOK), the Prince 2 methodology and the 6 SIGMA.

ISO 21500

The ISO 21500 standard offers broad guidelines for project management, aiming for universal applicability across various project types and sectors.
Its global approach provides a flexible framework, focusing on core project management phases like initiation, planning, execution, and monitoring. The standard highlights the significance of effective communication, resource management, stakeholder involvement, and risk management, advocating for the adoption of best practices over strict rules. ISO 21500 also promotes continual learning and improvement in project management methods, aligning well with other frameworks like PMBOK and PRINCE2.
This compatibility enhances integrated and efficient project management across organizations.

Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBok)

The PMBOK, created by the Project Management Institute (PMI), is a comprehensive and essential guide in project management, encompassing a compilation of best practices, standards, and guidelines in the field.
It's methodically structured, dividing project management into various process groups and knowledge areas. The guide details five fundamental processes - initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closing - overseeing a project's entire lifecycle. Additionally, the PMBOK outlines ten key knowledge areas, addressing aspects like integration, scope, timelines, costs, quality, human resources, communication, risks, and stakeholder management. Renowned for its rigor and depth, it provides a detailed framework to assist project managers in navigating project complexities.
Regularly updated, it aims to enhance efficiency, predictability, and success in projects within organizations, serving as a versatile toolbox for selecting necessary tools.

PRINCE2

PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments) is a structured project management method widely recognized for its organized approach to managing projects.
Developed in the UK and popular globally, PRINCE2 emphasizes dividing projects into manageable and controllable stages. It provides a clear process model and focuses on business justification with a defined organization structure for the project management team. PRINCE2's key features include its focus on dividing the project into phases, its product-based planning approach, and its adaptability to different project environments. The method is known for its flexibility, enabling it to be tailored to the specific needs of various types of projects.
It is regularly updated to incorporate current best practices and trends in project management, aiming to optimize project outcomes and efficiency.
